These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Bee & Honey Marketing Platform powered by MarketingOS. By accessing the platform, each authorized user agrees to use the service only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law and connected platform requirements.

This deployment is intended for authorized Bee & Honey personnel and approved operators. Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized users or external parties.
Each customer remains responsible for ensuring that anyone who connects a third-party account has the authority to do so on behalf of the relevant business, page, ad account, or social profile.
Users may not use the platform to violate law, infringe third-party rights, bypass platform restrictions, distribute malicious content, generate misleading campaigns, or access data that they are not authorized to access.
Any attempt to misuse integrations, scrape unrelated accounts, or interfere with the security or availability of the service may result in suspension or removal of access.
Use of Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Slack, and other integrated services remains subject to those providers own terms, policies, rate limits, and access controls.
The platform relies on tokens and permissions granted by the customer. If those permissions are revoked or expire, certain features may stop working until the customer reconnects the affected account.
The service provides software workflows, analytics views, and AI-assisted outputs intended to support internal marketing operations. The customer remains responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or executing campaigns.
Customer content, connected data, and customer-owned assets remain the property of the customer or their licensors.
The customer may request suspension, data export, or deletion by contacting support. Platform access may also be suspended if needed to address security incidents, account misuse, or legal obligations.
