Support scope

Support covers platform onboarding, workspace access, connected marketing channels, data sync issues, AI workflow questions, privacy requests, and deletion or disconnection requests.

If the issue depends on a third-party provider such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok, we may need additional time to inspect the provider response or token status before resolving the request.

Expected response times

We aim to respond to standard support requests within 2 business days and to security, privacy, or deletion-related requests as quickly as reasonably possible based on urgency.

Critical production or account access issues are prioritized ahead of general how-to requests.
