Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how an authorized user can request deletion of data connected through Meta or other third-party integrations on the Bee & Honey Marketing Platform powered by MarketingOS.

Option 1: Disconnect directly inside the platform

An authorized workspace user can disconnect Meta or another connected platform from the Integrations area of the product. Disconnecting stops future syncs and prevents new API calls from being made with that connection.

Where supported, stored tokens associated with the disconnected integration are removed or invalidated as part of the disconnect workflow.

Option 2: Send a deletion request by email

To request deletion by email, send a message to info@beeandhoney.com with the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request.

Please include the workspace name, your full name, the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta Business asset involved, and the email address associated with the platform account so we can locate the correct records.

What we delete

When a valid deletion request is confirmed, we delete or disable stored access tokens, connection metadata, synced platform records retained for workspace reporting, and related cached content that is no longer required for security or legal obligations.

If the customer requests workspace-level removal, we can also schedule deletion of the associated workspace data according to the service agreement and retention obligations.

Response timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law or a longer period is needed to complete a security review.

If we need additional details to identify the connection or verify authority, we will contact the requester before processing the deletion.
