Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Bee & Honey Marketing Platform powered by MarketingOS collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users connect marketing channels such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and related services.

Information we collect

We collect account and workspace information that is necessary to provide the service, including user profile details, workspace membership, connected channel identifiers, and integration settings.

When an authorized user connects a third-party platform such as Meta, we may receive limited profile data, page or account identifiers, token metadata, campaign or analytics data, and other information that the user explicitly authorizes for the platform features they choose to use.

We also collect operational information such as audit events, integration status, sync timestamps, generated reports, and product usage diagnostics needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, maintain workspace access, connect social and analytics accounts, generate AI-assisted marketing outputs, and show insights, reports, recommendations, and automation results requested by authorized users.

Connected platform data is used only for the customer workspace that authorized the connection. We do not use customer marketing data to advertise to unrelated parties or sell customer data to third parties.

Security and retention

Access tokens and sensitive workspace secrets are stored using application-level protections and are restricted to the workspace that owns them. Administrative access is limited to authorized operators who maintain the platform.

We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legitimate business and security needs, comply with legal obligations, or complete deletion requests initiated by the customer.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information only with service providers and infrastructure partners needed to host the application, process authenticated requests, store data, and deliver the requested platform features.

We do not sell customer personal data. Third-party platforms continue to apply their own privacy terms to the data that users choose to connect.

Your choices

Authorized users can disconnect integrations inside the product, request updates to workspace information, and ask for deletion of connected data by contacting support.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact info@beeandhoney.com and include your workspace name, the connected platform, and the account or page involved so the request can be processed accurately.
